5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate presentation content. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, so you should review and verify generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is in active development and may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slaidex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
