Slaidex is a web-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans, subscription renewals, and one-time credit purchases.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases of Pro, Lifetime Access (LTD), and credit packs. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at /contact.
After the 7-day window, all sales are final. This aligns with our bootstrapping model and the digital nature of our service.
2. Subscription Renewals
Recurring monthly or annual subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds after the initial 7-day period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
3. Credit Packs
Credits are considered used once a presentation is generated. If credits have been consumed, they are non-refundable. Unused credits from a purchased pack are also non-refundable as credits never expire.
4. Free Tier
While we offer a free tier, we reserve the right to limit usage (e.g., generation quotas) or discontinue free access at any time.
5. Service Issues
If you experience extended technical issues (more than 48 consecutive hours), we may issue prorated credits as compensation. Service downtime alone does not constitute grounds for a monetary refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at /contact with your account email, purchase receipt, and reason for the request. We process valid refund requests within 7 business days.
